How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you complete your purchase.

Can I cancel or change my order?

If the order is not cancelled within 24 hours, we do not allow cancellations or refunds.

However, if you need to change the size or shipping address, email us at support@pitstopnotfullstop.com with your order number and we will do our best to help before it ships.

When will I get my order?

Once a purchase is made, orders are shipped out in about 5-7 business days.

For U.S orders, shipping usually takes around 5-10 business days.

For orders outside the U.S, shipping can take around 2-4 weeks.

Please note that Pitstop Not Fullstop is not responsible for stolen, lost, or damaged international packages.

If it has been more than 2 weeks since your order shipped and you still have not received it, email us at support@pitstopnotfullstop.com with your order number.

After it ships

Once your order leaves our hands, Pitstop Not Fullstop is not responsible for delivery issues.

If your tracking says “Delivered” but you didn’t receive your package, please file a claim with USPS.

If your package is returned to us as undeliverable, email us at support@pitstopnotfullstop.com with a new shipping address and we’ll work with you to resend it.

What is the return policy?
